Wood Briquettes

The briquettes are made from wood only. There are zero additives, zero chemicals, and no pressure-treated products included. They are a type of wood fuel made up of compressed waste from timber machining and sawmill operations. To create the briquette, the wood is then compressed at high pressure into its briquette shape. Briquettes are made by compressing biomass, such as sawdust and wood chippings, to a desired shape and density.

Wood briquettes are cost-effective because they are made from kiln-dried sawdust that burns nice and hot. Briquettes have a substantially higher energy content than logs per cubic foot due to their density, which means they take up less storage space. The compression and kilning process ensures that the briquette is highly dense and packed with energy, meaning that it burns for longer and usually with a greater heat output than firewood. Briquettes have a high energy density, and a lower moisture content. By having a greater density than firewood, wood briquettes will burn even more efficiently and produce more heat per unit weight.
